5. Rosered Dreams

Wanted to write something slow with piano. Actually using a Major key even though it should be sad, I was inspired to try this key because a sad song I was listening to used it. Spend more time on the .ust for this one, tuning, setting velocities and modulation ... Thought about releasing the .ust and Instrumental in case people want to try to make covers.

7. You're so afraid ...

Even though this is the first new song on my album, Virtual Voices, this was actually the last song made for the album! I was working on the Jet Set Radio inspired tracks before this, and combining the chopped vocals style with UTAU lead to a really nice result.

In the later half of 2024, I released my first album on my new Spotify account, the instrumental album Between Universes.

I wanted to practice songwriting, so I took one of the beats from Between Universes and added vocals to it. The already great beat was improved even further :D

11. Extraneos

One of the funkiest beats of all time. I can't find better words to describe it, but this track rocks, and I love it!

12. far away place

Another dreamy, comforting song. A lot of bells, a violin/cello, a piano. I love how the instruments/the woodwind and voice have sort of a back and forth in this song :>

The trend started that I switched from making PVs to making more complex artworks for the singles. I would love to animate a music video again, but ideas are hard to come by, and animation sadly takes a ridiculous amount of time.

13. Little Prince

Something faster, more exciting again! Using breakbeats again and also an epic, unforgiving synth.

Interesting to note is that I switched between regular UTAU and DiffSinger between the different parts. Some chopping was again used to make it more interesting, together with the electric guitars later in the song.
